An increasing demand in high quality, temper resistance plastics goods such as motor spare-parts, water pump spare-parts, lamps, and other durable goods prompts us to establish this company in November 2000. Incorporated in Cikupa, Tangerang, PT. TANINDO NOBEL PLAST has, since then, been providing high quality engineering plastics to our existing customers.

Our main business is to provide plastic injection services to our customers who have mostly been in the plastic businesses for several years.  Specializing in engineering plastics, we tend to keep our standards up to the challenges by maintaining high quality products and services to our customers while keeping the cost down, thus, providing better services than ordinary plastic manufacturers with affordable prices.

Our business is mainly about service. We offer injection mold service for those customers who want to have their products manufactured but do not have an injection machine or do not want the headache running a manufacturing company. So in a way, we are kind like a sub contractor in plastic, or in general term, contract-manufacturing in plastic.

When filling a new or unfamiliar mold for the first time, where shot size for that mold is unknown, a technician/tool setter usually starts with a small shot weight and fills gradually until the mold is 95 to 99% full. Once this is achieved a small amount of holding pressure will be applied and holding time increased until gate freeze off has occurred, then holding pressure is increased until the parts are free of sinks and part weight has been achieved.
